The Police and Crime Commissioner Kim McGuinness  is looking to hear from people who have been victims of crime and during the process with the Police and Courts, have decided not to testify.

“I want to keep victims at the heart of everything we do. Not all victims choose to testify against the defendant in court & we want to better understand the reasons why. Can you help with our research so we can improve the process for people like you? #SupportingVictims”

Kim McGuinness would like people to email or ring in and let her team know why they took that decision - all in confidence.

This is in order to better understand why people make their decision and how they can be supported or the process possibly be altered to make improvements

People can write in their experiences to Julie@digitalvoice.org.uk Or ring 0790 5737393
