National Lottery backing for St. Peter's volunteer gardeners

On an appropriately sunny Spring day, the Association yesterday received news that it had been successful in its application to the National Lottery for funding to support volunteer gardening across the St. Peter's neighbourhood.
 

"We're going to fund your project idea. We’re so happy to tell you we really liked your application for National Lottery Awards for All. And we want to give St. Peter's Volunteer Neighbourhood Gardening £1500 to help your community thrive," read the confirmation letter from National Lottery Headquarters.
