An 8-week cookery course provided in partnership with the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. Suited to adults wanting to perfect their basic cooking skills and techniques.

Food Nation does Dinner
A 6-week cookery course for adults who feel they have mastered the basics and are ready to learn some new skills for the kitchen with recipes great for Dinner meals.

An Italian Masterclass

Spend a leisurely few hours with us learning to make some delicious Italian dishes including focaccia and tortellini, which you'll make using the fresh, hand-rolled pasta that you've made from scratch!

This class will last for up to 4 hours, including an hour for lunch and will be held at our Food Nation Cooking Skills Centre.
