Developer appeals Planning Committee decision

Plans to build new apartments on the site of the former St. Peter's Station and overlooking the Marina-neighbourhood have re-surfaced. The developer has lodged an appeal against Newcatle City Council's Planning Committee decision to refuse planning permission back in March.
