Be careful with your rubbish

Residents have reported regular incidents of black bin bags being taken from bins and then being torn open on nearby paths and riffled through.  It is thought the thieves are looking for personal information perhaps to perpetrate identity fraud.  So please be careful when it comes to what useful information, eg bank and utility bill statements, you might put into your rubbish bags un-shredded.
