2020/21 Annual General Meeting

This year's Annual General Meeting will take place Tuesday 19 October at 7pm, ANZIO House and will cover business from the previous two years.  Last year's scheduled meeting was postponed owing to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic restrictions.

We are very pleased that our neighbours the Fifth Fusiliers have again invited us to use their building for the Meeting.  This is very much appreciated.

If you are planning to attend then please pre-register with your name, address and telephone number to secretary@stpetersnewcastle.co.uk. And please bring a face mask to wear for when you are walking through ANZIO House.

Any resident or person working in the St. Peter's neighbourhood wishing to stand for election to the Executive posts of Chair, Secretary, Treasurer or Vice Chair must write to secretary@stpetersnewcastle.co.uk before Tuesday 5 October stating post, and also include a short description of relevant past experience.  The candidate must also be seconded in writing by another resident or someone working in St. Peter's.

Any resident or person working in the St. Peter's neighbourhood wishing to stand for election as Committee member can self-nominate and advise the secretary via secretary@stpetersnewcastle.co.uk before Tuesday 19 October, or advise wish to do so at the Meeting.

All current Committee members will stand-down Tuesday 5 October.  They can if they wish stand for election to the 2021/22 Committee.
